Update on Thinktecture.IdentityModel and Web API Support

I have cleaned up the github repositories, it became too confusing with all the different versions. The new layout is this:

Thinktecture.IdentityModel.45 (github)
No changes here, this includes the newest work and full featured Web API support for .NET 4.5.

Thinktecture.IdentityModel.40 (github)
My good friend Brock (who is also the latest ‘addition’ to the thinktecture crew) ported the 4.5 version to 4.0. So this is the same as 4.5 but with .NET 4.0/WIF + MVC4/Web API support.

Thinktecture.IdentityModel.Http is deprecated now.
